The Vietnam – Korea Festival on July 09 was the last activity of the volunteer students of Seowon University at Thu Duc College of Technology. The festival is a chance for students of the two schools to learn more about the culture of Vietnam and Korea through traditional dance performance and meaningful songs.

During their two weeks in Vietnam (from June 28 to July 11), thirty volunteer students of Seowon university participated in different activities such as teaching Korean, performing Kpop, Taekwondo, experiencing Korean food, etc. Besides, they also did meaningful volunteer work including building a house of love, cleaning the streets, removing advertisements on the utility poles, etc. Doing those activities together, students can learn from each other and the relationship between the two schools will become closer.

At the festival, Ms. Nguyen Thi Ly – President of Thu Duc College of Technology awarded a memory medal and certificates of attending the program to 30 volunteer students of Seowon University. Besides, Mr. Lee Yong Hee – the leader of the volunteer group awarded 5 scholarships (1.000.000VND each) to students of Thu Duc College of Technology who actively participated in the cultural exchange program.
