On July 21, the representatives of Busan Foundation for International Activities (BFIA) – South Korea visited Thu Duc College of Technology. The meeting was scheduled on their trip to Ho Chi Minh City with the purpose of enhancing the relationship between the two cities as well as learning about Thu Duc College of Technology (TDC) and build a network between TDC and universities in Busan, Korea.
In the meeting, Ms. Pham Ngoc Tuong – Vice President of Thu Duc College of Technology and Mr. Lee Jong Cheol – Deputy Secretary General of BFIA discussed the plan of holding an “Education Fair on Studying in Busan” in September. Four prestigious universities in Busan will join the educaton fair with some major activities: introducing the curriculum in their universities, providing some information about the requirements and procedures for Vietnamse students to study in Korea. The education fair will also feature a variety of cultural events such as K-pop, Korean food and tourism in Busan, Korea.
Thu Duc College of Technology is willing to support BFIA if the education fair is held in TDC’s campus. “Through the fair, TDC also hope to connect with enterprises, universities and educational organizations in Korea in order to learn about their curriculum and human resource requirements.”, said Ms. Pham Ngoc Tuong – Vice President.
