On 19 March 2015, representatives of Intertek conducted the annual audit of ISO 9001:2008 quality management system at Thu Duc College of Technology. The audit was to facilitate the ongoing certification and assurance of quality targets in accordance with the College’s ISO standard as well as re-checking and re-establishing the existing procedures to be more effective.
The ISO 9001:2008 quality management system has been put into practice at Thu Duc College of Technology for many years and has brought about practical outcomes including optimizing the operations within Departments/ Faculties/ Centers, improving job performance and helping the College fulfill the proposed strategic targets. Speaking at the opening meeting, Mr Nguyen Xuan Toan – the Collge’s Vice President – hoped that, after the assessment, the current system would be enhanced to meet the College’s requirements.
After a hardworking and meticulous day of audit, experts of Intertek reached specific conclusions concerning the ISO 9001:2008 quality management system. It has been affirmed that TDC has still well complied with the requirements of ISO Standard and internal operations as the said experts recorded no improprieties. The College’s management and ISO board have been committed to maintaining and better implementing the ISO 9001:2008 quality management system in the upcoming years to ensure the College’s stability and development.
