Dragon-fruit bread: A sincere thank to Vietnam

A special kind of bread made with dragon fruit is invented by Mr. Kao Sieu Luc, owner of ABC Bakery in Vietnam and President of the International Bread Association of Southeast Asia. This is a gift with sincere thank to Vietnam, his second homeland, contributing to the save of dragon fruits the export of which was affected with the COVID-19. As an expression of sympathy and support to farmers, Mr. Kao  realizes his idea of combining traditional bread and the queen fruit into a product that has drawn great attention of the society not only in Ho Chi Minh City but also in other regions. Foreign partners also work with him for cooperation in internationalizing this wonderful baking item.. As revealed by Mr. Kao, with belief in the philosophy of sharing for durable progress, he is willing to share the recipe to as many bakers as possible to bring good food to everybody in Vietnam and the world.
