On the afternoon of September 25, 2025, Thu Duc College of Technology (TDC) solemnly welcomed a delegation of 27 students and teachers from the Incheon City Department of Education (South Korea) as part of the I-Career 2025 Program, co-organized by TDC and the East Asia Institute of International Education.

The delegation of teachers and students was led by Mr. Moon Byung In, Head of the I-Career 2025 Program, East Asia Institute of International Education – Incheon City Department of Education.

Representing TDC to welcome the delegation were Mr. Pham Huu Loc (Meritorious Teacher-PhD)– Principal of TDC; Ms. Tran Thi Van Yen – Head of the Faculty of Oriental Studies; Mr. Huynh Thien Vu – Head of the Department of Organization and Administration; Ms. Le Thi Hanh Xuan – Acting Head of the Department of International Cooperation and Quality Assurance, along with lecturers and students from the Faculty of Oriental Studies.

The meeting took place at Hall D with a variety of activities, including student exchanges between the two countries and visits to the practice facilities of the Faculty of Automotive Technology and the Faculty of Electrical and Electronics Engineering. The international delegation expressed their deep impression of TDC’s modern facilities, practice-oriented training programs, as well as the friendliness and dynamism of TDC’s lecturers and students.

In his remarks at the meeting, Mr. Pham Huu Loc (Meritorious Teacher-PhD)– Principal of TDC – emphasized that the program was not only an opportunity for students of both countries to exchange, learn, and gain hands-on experience in their fields, but also a chance for them to develop clearer career orientations, thereby contributing to the enhancement of vocational training quality and meeting the growing demands of modern society. TDC highly valued the bilateral educational cooperation and hoped that today’s exchange would become an important milestone, opening up many opportunities for study, exchange, and sustainable development in the future.

Mr. Pham Huu Loc (Meritorious Teacher-PhD) presented a souvenir to Mr. Moon Byung In – Head of the I-Career 2025 Program.

Mr. Moon Byung In shared that the I-Career 2025 Program, with the goal of fostering students’ professional competencies and global learning through international exchanges, while also attracting outstanding international talents by connecting vocational education with foreign partners, has become all the more special and meaningful.

Both sides expressed their hope that this would serve as a foundation for expanding future cooperation in both vocational training and cultural exchange. The exchange concluded with a meaningful day of connection, contributing to the promotion of friendship and educational exchange between Vietnam and South Korea.
