Businesses stand ready to “ignite passion” and support TDC’s Class of 2025
A major highlight of the Orientation Week was a series of specialized sessions with faculty leaders, introductions to academic advisors, and engaging exchanges with businesses and alumni. In today’s increasingly competitive labor market, early career orientation is more important than ever for first-year students.
With strong and ongoing collaboration between the college and industry partners, many companies took the initiative to participate in the program — offering not only valuable advice and motivational sharing, but also meaningful gifts and scholarships. These contributions serve as early encouragement for freshmen as they begin their journey of learning and professional development.

Enterprises shared valuable insights and provided clear career roadmaps to guide freshmen on their professional journey
Speaking to freshmen of the Faculty of Economics, Mr. Trần Ngọc Khánh – Director of Viet Talents Auditing and Accounting Co., Ltd – shared that the company recently accepted 11 Accounting students for internships, of whom 6 have been officially recruited.
Meanwhile, during a session with freshmen of the Faculty of English, Ms. Nguyễn Thị Thanh Thúy – Director of UK English Center – affirmed the center’s strong ties with the faculty and its ongoing commitment to offering students internship and job opportunities.
In the field of Electrical and Electronics Engineering, Mr. Nguyễn Đức Thanh – Director of Gia Nguyễn M&E Co., Ltd – provided valuable insights into career prospects in this industry. He emphasized that this sector, as it continues to grow and modernize, offers students access to well-paying, stable, and sustainable careers over the long term.
These strong commitments from business leaders help new students gain greater confidence in their chosen fields and future career directions.
In addition to sharing practical knowledge about industry trends, essential skills, and career development pathways, company representatives also “ignited motivation” by offering meaningful scholarships, internship placements, job opportunities, and a promise to accompany students throughout their academic journey.

Enterprises and Sponsors supporting students with heartfelt scholarships and gifts
Faculty leaders also emphasized the importance of the strong connection between the college and businesses in equipping students with a solid foundation for their future careers. The early involvement of enterprises—starting from students’ first year—helps them establish clear, long-term goals and career orientations, contributing to bridging the gap between academic training and real-world employment.
Thu Duc College of Technology would like to express its sincere gratitude to all enterprises and sponsors who accompanied the Orientation Week for the Class of 2025, marking the beginning of the 2025–2026 academic year with new goals and aspirations.
